Alaska Real Estate Commission consumer disclosure
Alaska law (AS 08.88.600–08.88.695) requires real estate licensees to explain the kinds of relationships they can have with you, such as specific assistance, representation of one party, or a neutral licensee, before you share confidential information. The Commission's consumer disclosure explains each one. It is not a contract; signing it only acknowledges that you've read it.
